Associate Client Executive

- You will be focusing on delivering exceptional service to support our delivery of value to a portfolio of large, listed businesses in South Africa.
- You will be knowledgeable in insurance broking and you will support the Senior Client Executive with the the annual renewal cycle and daily servicing on a portfolio of clients, as well as supporting with claims, risk management and other services. You will also handle a small portfolio of smaller businesses where you will be the relationship lead on these accounts.

Support Risk Management Practice Senior Client Executives with day-to-day administration and client activity including, but not limited to:
- Prepare the Pre Renewal and Internal Strategy meeting reports, presentations and minutes.
- work with Account Specialist team to prepare r Renewal Questionnaires for completion by the Clients, respond to client queries and attend client meetings.
- Work with senior client executive to check renewal information is complete, correct, anomalies addressed, signed off by the Clients and distributed internally to MCO / Placement.
- Ensure claims reports are accurate and prepare loss ratio reports.
- Request / collate other Broking information required.
- Work with senior client executive to approve all quoting slips.
- Work with senior client executive and risk engineering team to monitor risk requirements and recommendations for communication to the insurance market and clients.
- Prepare Client presentations for local and international markets.
- Arrange Presentations to local and international markets.
- Prepare Renewal Pack for distribution to all markets, Compile Renewal Report / Presentation.
- Arrange International roadshow Client dependant.
- Work with Account specialist team to compile and finalise premium allocations, invoices, credit control task and tracking of policy issuance
- Service, retain and grow the relationships on small business accounts.
- Minimum of 2-5 years previous insurance or financial services experience on Corporate and RM
- Intermediate Insurance knowledge, A general knowledge of all bespoke policy wordings and classes of insurance and a basic knowledge of risk financing techniques
- Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (or equivalent) Outlook, Word and Excel
- FAIS compliant
- You have a positive and pro-active approach, and you get things done
- Strong numerical skills, networking skills, problem solving capabilities and ability to handle difficult negotiations and influence stakeholders
- Excellent organization skills and interpersonal skills.
