Support Risk Management Practice Senior Client Executives with day-to-day administration and client activity on large, complex accounts including, but not limited to:
- Project manage the renewal to support the Senior Client Executive on large, complex accounts
- Prepare the Pre Renewal and Internal Strategy meeting reports, presentations and minutes.
- Prepare Renewal Questionnaires for completion by the Clients, respond to client queries and attend client meetings.
- Check renewal information is complete, correct, anomalies addressed, signed off by the Clients and distributed internally to MCO / Placement.
- Ensure claims reports are accurate and prepare loss ratio reports.
- Request / collate other Broking information required.
- Monitor risk requirements and recommendations for communication to the insurance market and clients.
- Help prepare Client presentations for local and international markets.
- Support with International roadshow arrangements, Client dependant.
- Close-off post renewal administration and queries.
- Support with client queries, cover letters, cover confirmation, insurance summaries.
- Drive the invoicing process and credit control.
- Lead the service, retention and grow the relationships on small / medium sized business accounts.
- Work with the Marsh Business operations to drive growth within clients outside of transactional insurance.
- Minimum of 8 - 10 years appropriate experience in large corporate client service delivery function within insurance area is a must
- FAIS compliance:
- Relevant formal qualification and AIISA (or similar)
- Minimum 150 credits and have passed RE 5 Examination
- Proficiency in English
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills
