Client Executive (Surety and Political Risk - Credit Specialty)
What can you expect?
As a Client Executive, your main focus will be on enterprises in South Africa and Africa. You will be responsible for identifying high growth potential areas within the premise of defined strategy.
In this function, you will work closely with the National Practice Leader and her team to develop your network to acquire new businesses. You are expected to qualify prospects and secure leads. The Credit Specialties Team will ensure that your knowledge is brought and kept at the level required, mainly in the domain of Surety.

- Create a personal business plan to develop and manage new businesses in targeted sectors
- Manage prospection campaigns in each targeted sectors, which are designed to drive qualified new business leads
- Uncover and close new sales opportunities through networking
- Perform research for each assigned market sector in preparation for strategy while collaborating with the Credit Specialties Team for further qualification and interaction.
- Participate in sales meetings to present sales performance against objectives and targets
- Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts and/or other sales-related process
- 3-5 proven experience in a similar role (ideally in brokerage, insurance or finance company)
- Experience in Clients portfolio development (call calling/ prospecting)
- Fluency in English
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- FAIS fit & proper
- Prior background in Bonds and Guarantees
- Eager to exchange, collaborate and work in a multinational network and a global company.
