Client Growth Manager

Job Purpose:

The client Growth Manager is responsible for driving revenue and managing key client relationships.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end client lifecycle, from onboarding new clients to managing ongoing accounts, ensuring growth through upselling and cross-selling, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
You will collaborate with multiple teams to implement solutions that meet client needs, all while ensuring long-term client retention and satisfaction.
