A leading online travel agency in the City Centre is looking for 2 candidates to work the graveyard shift from 11pm to 7am daily.
Job responsibilities:
- Handling all enquiries we receive from our clients across the world - this includes contacting the client via email or telephone.
- The Client Liaison Officer must ensure our clients receive immediate, friendly and superior service
- They will send clarification emails allowing us to meet and exceed every need of the client
- They will maintain all enquiries received on our CRM system and allocate a Senior Consultant to further service every need of the client
- They will be friendly, charming and wow our clients with their affable personalities
- A handover of all their client tracking will be done with the Team Leaders daily before their shift ends
- We want ambitious, happy and positive people with experience in the service industry.
