- Oversee the activities of the client administration team to ensure optimal efficiency within client administration, deployment and treasury.
- Onboard and train new team members.
- Periodically review internal protocols and procedures and suggest changes that will contribute to the efficiency of the department and team.
- Suggest new protocols as appropriate.
- Coordinate weekly, monthly and adhoc reporting as directed.
