Client Manager (Recruitment/Start-up)
Our client is a venture builder that co-creates the technology business of tomorrow alongside other companies and entrepreneurs. Job Type: Full Time | On-site
Salary: R30 000 + Commission

Requirements
- Relevant university degree from a recognised institution required
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role required
- Full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
- Ideally client facing management experience, alongside recruiting
- Business development skills and huge ambition to build a high-growth company.
- Leadership and communication ability with vision and strong beliefs about the future.
- You are a builder.
- You can create teams to build efficiently and at pace.
- Creative pragmatism. Ideas are great, but only if they can be executed.
- Light-speed learner. Everyday the company is growing and evolving, and so will your role.
- Willingness to join the startup roller coaster.
- Strong networker and sales personality
- Strong research ability.
- Act as the face of the startup and build the companys reputation as well as clientele base.
- Participate and help develop the companys growth strategy.
- You will always be on the lookout for the next best way to grow the business.
- Be heavily involved in the recruitment processes for all clients.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Work to build a strong team and help to develop best working practices.
