Join our dynamic team at EyeCarePro as a Client Onboarding Strategist, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and meticulous setup of all new clients who have chosen EyeCarePro's services. As our Client Onboarding Strategist, you'll lead the charge from the initial account setup to the onboarding meeting, engaging clients through screen-sharing sessions and guiding them through each step of preparing their accounts for our teams to begin their work.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and documentation from clients
  • Guide clients through the setup and configuration of our products and services
  • Provide training and support to clients on how to effectively use our platform
  • Address client inquiries and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the onboarding process
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all onboarding tasks and deliverables
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
Job Requirements
  • Prior experience in customer onboarding or client services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
