This team is looking for someone able to maintain and grow Corporate client accounts in a sustainable and positive manner. The business offering is an outbound solution for point of purchase material, and clients are primarily within the FMCG sector.
Core Skills Required In This CRM Role
- Successful track record (8+ years) of maintaining and growing Corporate clients
- Ability to consistently build long term relationships, driven by engaging with clients to high standards (client centric approach).
- Ability to assess information and data (highly proficient in Excel) to utilise effectively when engaging clients volumes, client history etc.
- Professionalism, capability and good communication skills to compile presentations and present to clients.
- Good comfort with income statements / budgets
- Strong EQ to professionally manage day-to day challenges / resolve issues typical of a service industry partnering with demanding blue-chip clients.
- Keen sense of urgency, grit and determination to work under pressure when required and meet service deadlines, with peak work periods often being around Easter and Christmas/ New Year.
