What you'll do:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing relationships with Chinese background corporate clients. You will serve and develop non-credit business with both existing and new clients, ensuring every transaction is processed timely. Your commitment to improving client satisfaction rates will be key to expanding our influence among Chinese background clients in South Africa. Additionally, you will take on other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the branch's management.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Client Relationship Manager role will bring a wealth of skills to the table. You should have at least a Bachelor's degree or above, along with at least one year of experience in the banking industry. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication. Your marketing skills will enable you to communicate with clients honestly, maintaining integrity and good standing. A deep understanding of bank's products coupled with good learning ability is crucial. Awareness of risk and compliance requirements such as FSCA, SARB, ML/TF/PF risk, compliance risk is necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital, along with good time management and organisational skills.
- Bachelor degree or above is required
- At least one year working experience related in banking industry
