Ensure business retention within a business unit through continuous growth, innovation and quantified value thereby ensuring client-centric relationships Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers ensuring the team protect the existing profitable clients through a specific process in terms of account management to ensure the sustainability and growth of the business
- Ensure growth of the existing client base by implementing appropriate increases timeously
- Develop and initiate industry and product-relevant solutions and best practices to differentiate the client as market leaders
- Manage and lead the retention team based on performance measurement to ensure profitable growth, service excellence and client centricity
- Ensure service excellence by recruiting and developing high-performance team members
- Effectively interact/liaise with relevant stakeholders to achieve five-star qualities for the client
- Compile budgets to forecast accurately and plan for sales and operational planning
- Lead the retention team in line with the company's strategic initiatives within and across business units
- Identify areas for development, develop training material; facilitate training and gap analysis of individuals in line with career pathing
- Matric
- 3-5 Years experience as a Sales Executive or Key Accounts Manager
- 1 year experience managing a team
- 1 Year experience in presenting to internal and external stakeholders
- P&L management experience
- Must have reliable transport to and a valid, unendorsed Code 08 drivers license
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally when required
