Client Service Administrator (Portuguese)

South Africa's leading independent administrator and service provider to the retirement and fiduciary industries is looking for a dynamic Client Service Administrator (Portuguese speaking) to join their team.

Package

Up to R12500 per month depending on experience

Purpose of the Role

To competently handle the workflow in the Client Service Centre and to ensure that the highest level of client service is delivered.

Main Roles And Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls within service level agreed times
  • Provide telephonic assistance to client queries
  • Return calls to clients where required
  • Maintain call volumes in line with the companys daily average
  • Competently manage irate clients
  • Following up on requests relevant to the position
  • Liaising with relevant stakeholders to address queries/complaints
  • Update and verify client information on the database
  • Educate clients about applicable procedures and processes
  • Identify and request additional information and documentation required
  • Translate written correspondence to English
  • Outbound calls to clients
  • Assist with Outbound Campaigns
Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • Contact Centre experience
The Following Is Recommended
  • Financial Services industry knowledge and background
  • Knowledge of Trust and Beneficiary fund environment
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits environment

  • Must be able to speak, read and write English and Portuguese
  • Client-focused orientation
  • Negotiating skills
  • Investigative skills
  • Basic skills in MS Word, Excel, Internet & E-mail, general computer knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
