To competently handle the workflow in the Client Service Centre and to ensure that the highest level of client service is delivered.
Main Roles And Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls within service level agreed times
- Provide telephonic assistance to client queries
- Return calls to clients where required
- Maintain call volumes in line with the companys daily average
- Competently manage irate clients
- Following up on requests relevant to the position
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders to address queries/complaints
- Update and verify client information on the database
- Educate clients about applicable procedures and processes
- Identify and request additional information and documentation required
- Translate written correspondence to English
- Outbound calls to clients
- Assist with Outbound Campaigns
- Grade 12
- Contact Centre experience
- Financial Services industry knowledge and background
- Knowledge of Trust and Beneficiary fund environment
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits environment
- Must be able to speak, read and write English and Portuguese
