Your new company
Our client, a reputable organisation within Financial Services, are seeking passionate inexperienced Sales Trader to join their office in the Randburg, Johannesburg, Gauteng.
Your new role
You will take incoming calls & outgoing from customers with existing account enquiries, providing new quotes on products available and handling account transactions.
You will be heavily working with numerical data and ensuring accurate information is entered within the company software. You will also be expected to communicate to customers via email.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be interested in developing your career within Financial Services. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. You should also have a strong numerical mindset and accurate with information.
You should also hold a high School leaving Certificate equivalent qualification and desirably worked within a call centre environment previously. It would be advantageous if you have also worked within Financial Services within your career.
