We are a Collection House is Johannesburg. We are in need of 21 call centre and 30 debt collectors Agents.
We are currently recruiting Customer Service / Debt Collection Officers who possess strong customer service experience. Previous contact centre experience would be an advantage. We also provide training support for those with experience.
About the role
Collecting on behalf of our clients, you will make and receive a high volume of calls, providing solutions to customers on a day to day basis. Ensuring compliance and the highest standards of customer service on each call, you will work to achieve individual and team revenue targets and receive ongoing feedback regarding your call quality.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Inbound and outbound calls completing standard debt collection tasks
- Examine accounts and determine the best course of action for the Client and the Company
- Negotiate the collection of outstanding accounts
- Follow the legal and client workflows on all accounts
- Professional call conduct with customers and third parties
Key Requirements:
The key to success in this role is your ability to utilize your outstanding negotiation techniques to get accounts paid in a fashion that is in line with the companies and our client's requirements.
To be successful in this role the applicant will have intermediate MS Office skills, a motivation to achieve and have a strong customer service background. You will enjoy a fast paced environment be able to easily adapt to change when required.
Must have minimum MATRIC Certificate
Be well spoken in English Language and any local dialects
Ability to meet target and you be a career person
Candidate without experience will be trained if accepted and will earn basic salary R3500 per month plus commission after sales. Experienced pioneer will earn from R5500 to R10000 per months + commission.
