Client Services Administrator


An exciting opportunity has come about to join a well-established 2-partner accounting firm based in South East suburbs of Melbourne. The firm prides itself on a collaborative and enjoyable work environment, with the added benefit of flexible working arrangements.

About the Role:

The firm is currently seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrator.
  • Handling communications and interactions with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
  • Performing receptionist duties such as greeting clients, answering phones, and providing excellent customer service when required.
  • Tackling various general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous experience within an accounting firm
  • ASIC and ATO experience
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A team player mindset, comfortable working collaboratively in a positive team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional correspondence.
