Aurik Business Accelerator is passionately committed to building growing businesses and working with business owners.
We are looking for a Client Service Administrator to join our close-knit team, based full-time in Umhlanga, KZN. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the SME client experience in relation to the scheduling of their meetings, meeting preparation, and all related administration and client communication.
This role requires someone to be an excellent administrator with strong co-ordination skills, as well as exceptional communication skills (electronically and verbally). This individual will be comfortable with technology and learning new systems.
There are many moving parts, and the ideal candidate will be able to remain cool under pressure, and when things change or become challenging.

Highly organised and adaptable
Good decision-making and problem-solving ability
Strong attention to detail
Strong people and co-ordination skills
Track-record of having worked independently and exercising own initiative
Ability to work independently and self-manage
The successful candidate will have at least a matric qualification (tertiary qualification preferred) and 3 years work experience in a related role (especially including scheduling, co-ordination and customer service facing roles).
