About the Role:
The firm is currently seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrator.
- Handling communications and interactions with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
- Performing receptionist duties such as greeting clients, answering phones, and providing excellent customer service when required.
- Tackling various general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within an accounting firm
- ASIC and ATO experience
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A team player mindset, comfortable working collaboratively in a positive team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional correspondence.
