Looking for a client solutions teamleader in Durban.
Job responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the Client Solutions Superintendent, the incumbent will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in the delivery of technical support services to our customers which exceeds their expectations in professionalism, continuous improvement of processes, solution provision and turnaround.
- Supervise and manage the customer service function across the KZN Region.
- Identify and address customer needs by providing a wide variety of services to promote the organisations products and services.
- Resolve customer problems through direct personal action or referral to alternative resources.
- Identify and maximize cross-sales opportunities through customer profiling.
- Make courtesy calls to customers to follow up on technical support and advisory services.
Job requirements:
- Grade 12.
- Relevant qualification will be advantageous.
- 5-7 year experience in after sales/client solutions environment or similar.
- Experience in the manufacturing of wooden windows, door and or building industry will be advantageous.
- Willingness to travel and not be office bound.
- Willingness to work overtime and shifts as and when needed.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and building industry.
- Knowledge of "World Class Manufacturing" principles and exposure to ISO 9001.
- Conflict resolution and problem solving.
- Solutions driven.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Afrikaans and English).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Self motivated, disciplined and enthusiastic with high levels of drive and energy.

- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
- Excellent attendance track record.
