Providing support and assistance on multiple The Company software solutions to ensure our customers have the best user experience possible. Requirements
- Passion for Information Systems (specifically Software System) Support
- Support clients via telephone and RDC (Remote Desktop Connection) onto their network and PCs
- Willing to be on After-Hours Standby Support
- Candidate just out of school or studies (or 1-3 years experience)
- Valid Drivers license
- Must be able to fully converse in Afrikaan
- Logistics experience / exposure or studies beneficial, but not a necessity
- Fruit industry experience/exposure beneficial, but not a necessity
- You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical support via phone, email, remote takeover or in person.
- Assisting clients in the implementation of DiPARs software solutions.
- Develop relationships with client personnel that foster ties with our clients.
- Testing modifications to DiPARs software to ensure they are fit for purpose and consistent.
- Training clients on DiPARs software either remotely or in person.
- Working after hours and on standby from time to time.
