Brien Holden Vision Institute seeks to employ 2x clinic sales administrators.
Job responsibilities:
- Data capturing.
- Handling stakeholder queries.
- Coordinating the manufacturing of spectacles.
- Packing orders and arranging delivery to clinics.
- Coordination of all project activities by various partners and reporting.
- Play a leadership role in the implementation of all the project activities and contribute to the delivery of the project's various components such as workshop facilitation.
- Contribute to the development of research protocols and reports.
- Contribute to the execution of the various researches and systematic reviews of policy documents.
Job requirements:
- Matric.
- Good computer skills.
- Good organisational and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent people skills.
- Project development.
- B.A. Hons degree in social sciences or health sciences with a minimum of 5 years working experience.
- Master's degree will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of the South African NGO and development sector as well public sector functioning.
- Excellent planning, communication, networking, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
- Solid writing skills for various audiences such as reports, research protocols, research articles.
- Contract duration: 1 year Deadline: 13 September 2017
