Requirements
- Diploma/degree in Nursing
- Qualification in Nursing Education and Management
- Post basic qualification in Critical Care
- SANC registered
- Assessor/Moderator registered
- The capacity to recognise development areas in others and support them to facilitate personal development through coaching.
