Additional responsibilities include working with the local sales team to coordinate training and events and managing day to day requirements of business support, ensuring Stryker delivers exceptional levels of service to our broad range of customers.
What you will do:
- Providing Customer care support for physicians, surgical theatre staff, hospital administration & procurement
- Organizing and conducting training workshops with participation from surgical & theatre staff
- Helping initiate and drive theatres and patient pathway efficiencies for the benefit of the customer
- Working closely with other team members within the defined region, and the National Sales Manager, to ensure customer service levels are best in class
- Auditing theatre and hospital stock managing consignment levels and ensuring good asset management and stock rotation
- Understanding the clinical application of the broader Stryker portfolio to offer our customers the best possible solution
- Conducting trials and evaluations of product in theatre and clinical environment as required
- Planning, executing and monitoring all measures necessary to help achieve industry leading support
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Clinical Support or as an Application Specialist
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office suite programs including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Medical devices experience preferred
- Experience in clinical, theatre work environment
