MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To maintain medical equipment, as well as provide technical support to users of medical equipment within the Hospital.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Provide Technical Support for HospitalPerform requested technical jobs within the Hospital
Identify and control risk in the technical environment within the Hospital
Coordinate / manage work done by on-site contractors within the Hospital
Perform office administration duties within Technical Department
Build and maintain stakeholder relations and client service within the Technical Department
Required Education
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year experiential training within Mediclinic OR
- 1 year Clinical Engineering experience within healthcare industry
- 3 years Clinical Engineering experience within healthcare industry
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: National Diploma in Electrical Engineering: light current or clinical engineering
DESIRED EDUCATION: Diploma in Clinical Engineering
