Our client is a UK-based firm of telephone sales advisors operating in the Financial Services Sector as a principal form with The Financial Services Authority (FCA).
They do not have a call centre culture but rather are a boutique business with a dynamic team of highly trained, highly skilled FCA authorised advisors who manage their own set of customers.
As a firm of FCA Authorised Advisors specialising in selling regulated products we contact our partners customers just after they have taken delivery of a motor vehicle. Calling on behalf of our partner but acting under our own permissions with the FCA, we take the customer through a compliance-led process to determine whether our products and services are suitable for their customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Follow an advised-sale process to sell regulated products such as Guaranteed Asset Protection aka GAP Insurance
- Follow the GID Treating Customers Fairly ethos and the regulators advised-sale call structure to deliver excellent customer service
- Achieve set KPIs in conjunction with our clients expectations
Requirements
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Able to work independently to achieve personal and company goals
- Able to sell under FCA guidelines and Company Compliance procedures
- Target Driven
Work from home set up (own laptop, reliable internet, UPS)
Able to work between 9am to 7pm Mon to Thur UK hours and 3pm on Fridays UK hours
