Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile CNC Lathe Operator/Setter with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry. The ideal candidate will be a self-thinker, honest, and hardworking, with a proven track record in CNC operations and machining. The role involves managing CNC lathe operations, setting up machines, programming, and ensuring high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes according to technical specifications.
- Perform onboard programming and adjustments as required.
- Manage the machining process to ensure efficiency and precision.
- Handle multiple tasks, including quoting and managing smaller projects.
- Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
- Contribute to process improvements and innovation within the workshop.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Lathe Operator/Setter.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with CNC programming.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and think critically.
- Experience in quoting and managing small projects is advantageous.
- Honest, hardworking, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Versatility in handling different machining tasks.
