A top quality South African meat wholesaler supplier based in Montague Gardens is looking for a reliable, well- presented, Code 10 driver to join its firm.
Job responsibilities:
- Although the successful candidate will be employed as a Driver they may be required to perform adhoc duties as and when required by Management.
- Making use of the company vehicle to deliver and collect stock timeously to various locations in Cape Town/Western Cape;
- Assist with loading and off-loading stock;
- Ensure that the relevant documentation is delivered with the goods to the correct customer;
- Upon collection ensure the documentation is signed and correct;
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues to the Manager;
- Ensuring the vehicle is clean
Job requirements:
- Valid Code 10 Driver’s license – ESSENTIAL
- Valid PDP- ESSENTIAL
- Matric/Grade 12 is essential as well as a logical and clear thinking
- At least 5 years driving experience
- Good command of the English language;
- Well presented;
- Work well under pressure;
- Good customer service skills;
- Good problem solving skills;
- Be able to work in a team.
