You will play a pivotal role in leading integrations with our industry-leading cognitive AI platform. Serving as the client's solution provider, you will align implementation tactics with cognitive client use cases through a combination of technical expertise and effective communication. By adhering to the standard delivery lifecycle, you will ensure that client goals are not only met but exceeded.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure our Conversational AI solutions into enterprise-wide client environments.
- Ensure a thorough understanding and commitment to the end-to-end plan to achieve goals for client engagements.
- Align permit-to-build activities with client solution design.
- Collaborate or lead in the design of Conversational AI-based implementations.
- Prepare and support design reviews to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Manage and align both customer and partner expectations regarding AI capabilities and necessary processes.
- Deliver on assigned work streams using our standard implementation guidelines.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, demonstrating ownership of project deliverables and adhering to a systematic and disciplined approach.
- Continually engage with key customer project stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with internal sales, support, and service resources, communicating project status and success metrics effectively.
- Proficiency in Groovy, Java, SDKs, and APIs handling.
- Experience with HTTP/HTTPS and RESTful APIs consumption.
- Interest in AI and Machine Learning, including NLP, classification models, and data manipulation (JSON, Grammars, Regex).
- Theoretical and practical knowledge in classification models, supervised training, Logistic Regression, Passive Aggressive classifier, ELMO classifier, and continuous learning.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges using solution/design thinking.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred experience with Python, SQL, RDBMSs, NO-SQL databases, and Apache Camel.
- Experience with AI (NLP) platforms in production is advantageous.
- Atlassian JIRA (task tracking), Bitbucket (Git version control), Confluence (project and best practices documentation).
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Strong presentation skills, project/portfolio management, resource management, and knowledge management capabilities.
