Qualifications And Requirements
- Relevant industry qualifications as per the FSCA i.e. RE5, Class of Business (DOFA document)
- Min 3 years Insurance Sales experience in the Commercial and Industrial sectors
- In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, including property, liability, and business interruption coverage.
- A valid driver's license and own vehicle to do client visits
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential clients.
- Client Consultations
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific insurance requirements of potential clients.
- Present and explain insurance options and coverage details in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and recommend customized insurance solutions that meet the needs of each client.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to secure new business.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in insurance regulations, and market conditions.
- Utilize this knowledge to adapt and refine sales strategies.
Negotiable basic salary (depending on experience) + competitive commission structure and company benefits
