The main responsibilities will include:
- Provide support to the sales team and distributor for their commercial operations.
- Oversee commercial relevant business systems in close collaboration with IT.
- Develop performance dashboards to monitor and assess targeted KPIs.
- Support in evaluating growth initiatives, resource optimization, and profitability improvement.
- Liaise with the regional leads on revenue trends, product pricing, portfolio mix analysis, and margin improvement.
- Manage the full relationship of contracting with Distributors and the Legal Team.
- Prepare and provide reports to the senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/ Finance/Analytics. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the Medical Devices Industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and IT Systems.
