- Experience in property broking
- Suitably located to cover Rosebank, Dunkeld, Hyde Park, Illovo, Melrose Arch, Parktown North, Killarney, Houghton, Parktown, Parkwood, Saxonwold, Parkview, Westcliff
- Ability to network, negotiate and close deals
- Independent and self-motivated
- Goal orientated with a positive outlook
Job Description:
- Leasing and selling of commercial and industrial property
- Canvassing for new tenants / buyers / sellers / vacant properties
- Meeting with potential tenants/buyers and taking them to view suitable properties
- Forming long term business relationships with landlords, owners and tenants
