Purpose Of The Job
Our Client is looking for an Experienced Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive to join their Team. Duties:
- Identification of new customers and the sales of vehicles to these customers
- Accurate understanding of the deal process
- Customer retention and growth
- Contribute to sales results, grow customer satisfaction and relationships
- Ability to reach targets set out for sales
- Properly plan all sales activities for strategic accounts Be Involved
- Provide sales engineering service to ensure correct vehicle selection by client
- Always ensure Best Practice. Proper housekeeping, in and around facility
- Achieve or exceed agreed sales targets (unit sales, market share and Gross profit)
- Ensuring all vehicles are invoiced timeously, support the process
- Efficiency with vehicle handover and delivery
- Ensuring good customer service
- Monitoring and Administration
- Customer Care
- Deal Closure
- Analytical thinking
- Customer relations
- Confident and proactive approach anticipates issues and requirements
- Attention to detail
- Strong documentation skills
- Good communication skills
- Matric Certificate or higher
- Qualification in Sales and Marketing advantageous
- Must have a Database
- Product knowledge vehicle bodies legal and client specifications
- Minimum 3 Years experience in sales within trucking/commercial Industry
- Code 10 or 14 licence advantageous
- Know Road Traffic Act & Regulations
- PC Literate
