Purpose Of The Job
Our Client is looking for an Experienced Commercial Vehicle Parts Sales Executive to join their Team. Duties:
- Conduct transactions with customers with care and accuracy
- Ensure accuracy of customers needs by means of parts catalogue, and stock lists
- Assist in receiving and checking parts stock
- Improved profitability by ensuring any particular repair/service/accessories are offered to clients
- Ensure stock is kept in good condition
- Customer service and satisfaction
- Ensure sold parts are in perfect condition for sale
- Ensure parts are issued in accordance with company policy
- Follow prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures for merchandise, as per company policy
- Administration ensuring all paperwork, documents, are properly recorded within the stock control system
- Ensure good communication with parts manager relating to stock movement, shortages, inspections
- Marketing to ensure part sales
- Ensure all transactions take place in accordance with company policies
- Ensure all payments received are allocated correctly to invoices
- Efficiently take care of customer complaints and concerns to the satisfaction of both parties
- Ad hoc duties
- Must have Parts knowledge and experience of Commercial Vehicles
- Min of 3 years experience as a Commercial Vehicle Parts Sales Executive in the Automotive Industry
- Experience with Parts Automotive PC Software
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid Drivers License
- Motor Industry Experience is ESSENTIAL!!
