- Produce quotes and update the client within 1 day.
- Process all endorsements and confirm to the client within 3 days.
- Renewals to be processed and with the client within 30 days prior to renewal.
- Personal client contact to be made on each policy renewal within 15 days of client receiving renewal document.
- Client queries to be responded to within same day.
- Keep clients informed on progress of policies at all times (according to the diary system). This includes updating clients of any changes immediately.
- Request and action Asset Surveys where relevant, and ensure closing agreement based on new values with clients.
- Clients to be advised of underwriting requirements where claims have identified adverse risk features that exist within 14 days.
- Policy cancellations need to minimised and at all times try to convince client to retain policy (or an alternative). Where no options are available, or outside capability, refer to Director/Manager immediately.
- Debit order returns: Clients are to be contacted and payment solution reached within same day (Accounts Administrator to be kept up to date).
They have a hybrid working agreement with our staff, but for the first month, this person will be office-bound.
