We are looking for:
A talented and driven Communications Manager to join our vibrant team. If you are passionate about crafting compelling training materials, managing all internal communication platforms, can write up process documentation, engage with clients and the online community through various social media channels, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities for this role are:
  • Coordinate the creation of digital, video, audio, and print content.
  • Ensure consistent internal communication messaging across all departments and mediums.
  • Collaborate with various departments, such as marketing, people, and operations, to ensure cohesive brand representation and messaging on multiple platforms.
  • Develop templates and process documentation in collaboration with other departments.
  • Align with Marketing to implement and manage social media channels and strategy.
  • Manage replies on all public platforms, including review sites and social media channels.
  • Create and maintain material for our internal training centre.
  • Develop and maintain content for our knowledge base.
The ideal person for this role has:
  • Experience and Education
  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Copywriting, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a communications role.
  • Experience in creating training materials and managing internal communication systems.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) for brand/client promotion and engagement.
  • Knowledge of Notion, HTML are beneficial.

  • Exceptional writing, editing and content creation skills.
  • Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
  • Deadline-oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
