Company Secretarial Senior Administrator

An opportunity exists in the Company Secretarial department of Forvis Mazars; an international professional services firm to provide administration services.
This role will be based in our Gqeberha office.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Have at least 3-5 years of experience in company secretarial supportive role
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Companies Act
  • Prepare company secretarial documentation for Companies and Close Corporations
  • Capturing info in Greatsoft
  • General administration work that may be required for both Annual duties and CoSec
  • Electronic filing on CoSec documentation drive
Minimum Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Company secretarial knowledge
  • Knowledge of Greatsoft programme
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
  • Good communication skills
  • Be proactive
  • Excellent planning and organising skills
  • Quality and detail orientation
