Job Overview
Candidate will be responsible for ensuring our client support remains above our set standard while managing and processing client queries. Primary responsibility is to facilitate the seamless integration of new clients into the organization while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will play a crucial role in the stages of our client relationships.
Requirements
- Customer service/support experience will be an advantage
- Experience in administration
- Tertiary Education is an advantage - but not critical
- Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements is a plus
- Checking of clients FICA documents
- Familiarity with banking procedures and documentation is beneficial
- Completion of customer onboarding packs
- Checking of clients FICA documents
- Liaise with sales and support teams about clients compliance status
- Assist with support related to banking and other compliance related queries
- General administration tasks
