Qualification And Experience Required- Tertiary qualification or course in Law, Management, or Compliance.
- 5+ years' experience in a compliance role preferably at a debt collection or financial services company.
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements in the collections space and NCA.
- Experience in setting up compliance frameworks and driving compliance monitoring.
- Understanding of risk management principles and compliance best practices with the call centre / EDC space.
- Good understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, etc.
- Experience in Mentoring or developing a QA Team to drive operational excellence and quality.
