The purpose of the job is to be responsible for the interpretation and communication of payroll legislation to ensure tax compliance. This role will inform the Product team and business in advance of legislative impact to mitigate any risk of non-compliance
Required Minimum Education / Training+ Work experience:
- BCom degree or equivalent
- Relevant industry experience
- 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge and understanding of payroll principles and best practice.
- Understanding of BCEA - Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
- Exposure to other African countries legislation advantageous.
- Taxation.
- Understanding of Accsys requirements and system solutions.
- Product Analysis experience.
