We are looking for a meticulous, detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for the compliance functions and the management of the compliance officers ensuring adherence to applicable legislation, funder rules and regulations and the organisations policies and procedures.
The Compliance Manager incumbents should possess the following:
- B Com (Accounting) or Finance, Compliance related qualification
- At least 4-5 years Compliance Management experience
- Sound knowledge of donor grants and Funder rules and regulations, essential
- Sound contractual knowledge
- Sound knowledge of financial accounting
- Sound knowledge of VAT act and other applicable legislation.
- Proficient in all MS Packages-PowerPoint, Word (Excel advanced)
- Sound written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management skills
- Report writing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage people.
- Valid drivers license and willing to travel as and when required.
