Dentsply Sirona is looking for a
Global Third-Party Compliance Manager
He/she will be responsible for overseeing Dentsply Sironas global third-party compliance program and maintaining the accuracy, effectiveness and completeness of the companys global third-party screening and due diligence platform. They will act as a primary point of contact on all third-party screening and due diligence matters, proficiently managing inquiries from various business units and our external due diligence provider, contributing to the consistent enhancement of processes and mitigation of third-party risk.
Our Global Third-Party Compliance Manager will play an integral role in facilitating efficient operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and promoting a culture of quality and integrity within our organization. Their work will underpin the company's strategic initiatives and assist in the delivery of safe, effective Dentsply Sirona products to our customers globally.
Duties And Responsabilities
Third Party Management
- Develop, maintain and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of all Dentsply Sironas global third-party compliance processes.
- Review questionnaires, form submissions and other third-party documentation for completeness and potential red flags.
- Partner with the Global Compliance Operations Director to review, assess, document and remediate potential red flags.
- Act as the main point of contact for queries on third-party compliance processes.
- Oversee on-going monitoring efforts for all third parties.
- Ensure that all appropriate staff are trained on the relevant third-party compliance processes and that the global business is adhering to those processes.
- Ensure that all processes governing third parties are up to date with relevant global legislation.
- Develop and provide effective compliance training and communications to relevant employees regarding third-party compliance policies and processes.
- Prepare status reports for Compliance and Ethics Committee meetings and Audit and Finance Committee presentations.
- Participate in process improvement projects as necessary.
- Bachelors degree.
- 5-7 years experience within the regulated industry in a multinational environment, preferably in the Life Sciences/Healthcare/Medical Device industry.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and work as part of a team.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Highly motivated self-starter.
- Strong written and verbal communication and influencing skills.
