COMPLIANCE OFFICER
The employee will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Formulating and reviewing company policy to ensure compliance
with all relevant authorities (SARB, FIC and Laws of South Africa)
- Conducting thorough internal audits to enforce company policy,
covering but not limited to:
- Compliance in the company to the SARB Ruling
- FICA Compliance
- Compliance to internal Forex World processes and
Procedure
2.1.2.3 Reporting of cash threshold Limits – (CTR)
- Reporting of suspicious transactions to the FIC– (STR)
- Staff training and periodic evaluation
- Guiding the members of the compliance committee on how to avoid
risks in future.
- Ensuring that all departmental activities of a company are monitored in
order to identify different trends.
- Provide reviews and carry out evaluation of compliance activities in
the company.
- Ensure that all the activities are running smoothly.
- Reporting of violations of rules and laws.
- Enforce measures to potential violations i.e. those which may take
place in the future.
