Job Summary
Training and awareness are a critical step in the embedment and promotion of the Compliance Culture. The individual will be responsible for developing and delivering compliance training programmes to ensure that our employees are up to date with the latest regulations and policy requirements.
Job Description
Communication, Organisational and Innovation Skill:
- Excellent communication and planning skills with the ability to work independently and to oversee and manage multiple training projects
- Identify opportunities for change and innovation in learning and, in consultation with leadership, advise on these.
- Collaborate with the broader L&L community to gain an understanding of innovative solutions that have been implemented in business in order to leverage such opportunities for Compliance.
- Keep up to date and cascade the latest developments in the broader learning community.
- Developing and delivering training programmes as well as conducting research on relevant regulations and policies through application of key concepts aligned to the emerging trends in the organisational learning arena. Optimising the latest technology in deploying learning content to various audience segments within the Bank through, but not limited to Augmented Reality, E-Learning, Gamification, Industrial Theatre/ Camps, and Video
- Providing guidance to employees on compliance- related training matters
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
- Delivering and maintaining orientation programmes for new joiners
- Engagement with business, regulator and assurance providers in order to evidence and manage the governance requirements on the Compliance training requirements
- Acts as a custodian of all learning material within the sphere of control and ensures that content is not duplicated but consistently updated and adapted as and when appropriate.
- Ensure that all Compliance learning material remains current by ensuring that required changes are implemented and that all relevant Regulations are operationalised from the learning perspective.
- Actively contribute to the learning functions own knowledge portals using various e-learning platforms.
- Conduct external research through a variety of channels. Interpret the studies and information to determine how future learning solutions can be designed and developed better and share insights with learning leadership and colleagues across team
- Monitoring and reporting of the mandatory training to address identified training needs and gaps.
- Maintain appropriate controls to oversee training requirements
- Other governance reporting within the CIB Governance Risk and Control teams
- Management and oversight of the CIB Compliance Manual
- Law or Business Degree
- 5 Years related work experience
Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
