Governance & Compliance Specialist

Our client, a leading Financial Institution is looking for a Governance and Compliance Specialist to join their team. Job Purpose:
  • To assist in the planning, design, and implementation of activities within the Governance and Compliance functions for the company - ensuring that the clearing house maintains an appropriate governance framework as well as compliance risk management and control systems and remains compliant with all applicable legislation and regulation.
Education:
  • Essential Qualification Post-graduate degree in Business Management.
  • Preferred Qualification Legal Degree / Degree in Compliance, Regulation, or Internal Auditing.
Previous Experience:
  • 5 years experience having worked in the local finances services industry / OR in the local or international capital markets industry.
