Job Summary
Our Client, a cellular solutions provider and a full member of WASPA, are looking to expand their internal configuration team. The successful candidate will be working as part of a dynamic team that support bespoke applications in a technically exciting and challenging industry.
Experience & Education
- 1 - 3 years’ recent configuration/testing experience.
- Relevant tertiary qualification
Responsibilities
- Setting up internal services and working with Software Developers and in house clients
- Configuration of services and functional testing;
- Trouble shooting within the company and mobile services to address any issues found in testing
- Monitoring services after production go-live;
- Writing and executing test scripts;
- Running manual and automated tests;
- Testing in different environments including web and mobile;
- Reviewing documentation;
- Working towards departmental and project deadlines;
- Quality assurance;
- Providing objective feedback to software development project teams;
- Designing tests to mitigate risk;
- Presenting findings to software development and business user teams;
- Communicate findings to technical and non-technical colleagues.
System skills
- Microsoft Office suite
- MYSQL knowledge beneficial but not required
