Constantia Park, Pretoria East: LEGAL SECRETARY (LITIGATION & CONVEYANCING)
Minimum Requirements:
-Female
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (Afrikaans a must)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 3 years experience in both High Court and Magistrate’s Court Litigation typing and Bond Registrations
-Transfers experience advantageous
-Knowledge of legal processes for both Litigation and Conveyancing
-Independently functional
-Computer literate in Lexpro, Winlaw and Ghost Convey
-Dictaphone typing experience with good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
-Excellent typing skills, including speed and accuracy (will be tested)
-Career orientated and committed
-Well presented and professional
-Preferably non smoker
-No previous lawful termination/dismissal at previous employers
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Conveyancing, Private Bond Registrations and Deeds (60%)
-Typing of High & Magistrate’s Court litigation (40%)
-Dictaphone typing
-Drafting and typing of legal documents
-General secretarial duties
-General administrative duties
Salary: R 10 000.00 gross
