About The Role:

As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will manage a team of skilled workers, coordinate tasks, and maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising construction site activities

Managing a team of workers and subcontractors

Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards

Monitoring project timelines and budgets

Coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Construction Foreman

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Excellent knowledge of construction procedures and safety regulations

Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Duties: Creating and Maintaining Schedules:Developing detailed project schedules that outline all tasks, milestones, and deadlines. Coordination:Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned with the schedule. Monitoring Progress:Tracking the progress of the project against the schedule and identifying any potential delays. Adjusting Schedules:Making necessary adjustments to the schedule to accommodate changes in project scope, resources, or timelines. Resource Allocation:Ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to meet project deadlines. Requirements 2+ year experience with scheduling of construction projects Clear criminal record Honest, commited and driven Availible ASAP
