Job requirements:
- Minimum 15 years experience in the construction industry.
- Must be an artisan.
- Excellent understanding of all different trades.
- Fully au fait with health and safety legislation.
- Excellent HR and IR skills.
- Must be able to lead a team of operational and admin staff.
- Must be able to motivate and discipline staff.
- Valid driver's license.
- Technical qualification in either electrical /plumbing/ carpentry.
- Computer literate.
- Must be able to do thorough quotations.
- Site visits on daily basis.
- Marketing skills essential.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.

- Must be able to meet deadlines.
- Report writing.
