We are currently looking excellent junior construction manager intern to plan and supervise various range of construction project from start to finish, Successful candidate will oversee and organize construction procedures to ensure they are completed efficient manner and timely
Duties
Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project

Excellent with MS Packages
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
A team player with leadership abilities
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proven experience in related filed
Matric/ diploma with 1-3 years experience
