Are you passionate about renewable energy and proficient in managing and supervising construction projects? We are seeking a Solar Energy Construction Supervisor and Construction Project Manager to join our team and oversee the completion of C&I solar projects. In these pivotal roles, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and in adherence to specified scope and quality standards.
As a Project Manager in our organisation, you'll be responsible for overseeing diverse aspects across the lifecycle of construction projects. Your role involves meticulous planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of these projects while ensuring compliance with set standards and efficient resource allocation.

Education Requirements
- PMP or Electrical Engineering would be advantageous, but not required
- Solar Plant Construction experience is non-negotiable
- Project Initiation: Identify stakeholders and allocate projects based on scope and workload. Coordinate joint site surveys and customise Construction Methodology Plans
- Project Planning: Prepare project kickoff meetings, evaluate management plans, define scope and change management, manage schedules, and engage clients on logistics and quality plans.
- Project Execution: Arrange site establishment, analyse project performance, and evaluate Quality Assurance processes.
- Project Monitoring and Control: Conduct regular review meetings, populate progress and risk reports for senior management.
- Project Closure: Coordinate acceptance sessions, conduct inventory reviews, and compile lessons learned reports.
- Rapid Assessment and Recovery: Evaluate and monitor stabilisation plans for troubled projects to bring them back to approved standards.
- Structural Review: Oversee structural reports, review scopes, and oversee standard designs for access roads.
- Tendering: Develop Construction Methodology Plans and propose manpower resource plans for projects.
- Construction Supervision: Review completed civil works, assess quality and engineering standards, and monitor implementation costs and safety policies.
- Monitoring And Updating: Regularly review and update online project trackers and pipelines.
- Technical Standards Review: Research and update technical standards in line with changing global norms.
- Maintenance Works: Coordinate teams for defect liability period call-outs
- Management Of the Section: Identify possible vacancies, compile sectional reports, and oversee the appointment of suitable staff.
