Growing building maintenance & repairs company is seeking a vibrant, energetic sales consultant who is target driven and goal orientated.
Duties:
- Identify leads and potential business through cold calling.
- Present company profile and services to prospective clients.
- Follow up on quotations and leads to report back on market conditions.
- Individually look after and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Work towards a high acquisition target and maintain high retention rate of existing customers.
- Develop a sales strategy for the assigned area with Line Manager.
- Ensure on time collection of outstanding customer monies.

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and develop good relations with customers.
- Outgoing person who is at ease with people from different geographic and ethnic backgrounds.
- Self-starter and motivator – can motivate and inspire customers and colleagues alike.
- Ambitious with high sense of of responsibility and ability to take initiative.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 – 5 yrs. sales experience
- Proven track record in sales
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Driver’s license (a must) and own transport (a plus)
